Every booking is made directly with EzyTransfers. Depending on the route and vehicle required, transfers are operated either by our own transport operation or by carefully selected transport partners.

What happens when a flight is delayed?

For private airport transfers, we monitor flight information and adjust the scheduled pickup time when a flight is delayed.

For shared airport shuttle passengers, if a flight delay causes you to miss your scheduled shuttle, you will be moved to the next available shuttle service.

Cruise arrival information is also monitored so pickup arrangements can be adjusted when ship schedules change.

Door-to-door service with local knowledge

EzyTransfers provides door-to-door transport between airports, cruise terminals, residential addresses, hotels and accommodation.

Our local drivers combine professional passenger transport experience with local knowledge of the destinations and routes they service. Drivers assist with loading and unloading luggage, and private-transfer passengers can receive airport meet-and-greet service where applicable.

Child and baby seats are available on request. Wheelchair-accessible transport can also be arranged when the appropriate vehicle is requested.

Oversized or special luggage such as surfboards, bicycles, golf clubs, prams or additional baggage can be accommodated when advised at the time of booking and an appropriate vehicle is selected.
